Professional and Kind

Ganesh, Renee and Adrija were very professional and approachable. As first home buyers, we didn’t know a lot about the property market and we felt comfortable asking questions of Ganesh and Renee before we put in an offer. Once we had made our offer, Ganesh, Renee and Adrija stayed in touch and were happy to help us make requests to the vendors or accommodate us with pictures of the “sold” sign which meant taking time out of their already busy schedules. They were always happy, kind, and processional and we would be happy to work with them again!

Contagious Enthusiasm to get the job done!

Ganesh and Renee came on board with such enthusiasm and professionalism we instantly felt at ease. They are excellent communicators and are quick and efficient at getting tasks done. We felt straight away we were with the right team. They worked hard to get the deal over the line for us and we are grateful we chose The Rout Group to work with. We would highly recommend Ganesh and Renee to anyone in Dunedin area looking to sell.

AAA Agent - Recommended

Very responsive and profeccional, know how to sell even on low market. Has a solution for everythig. For example, we didn't want to pay marketing costs and staging before actual sale. Ganesh has a solution.

Simply the best ...

Within a few minutes of meeting Ganesh, the decision was made to list with The Rout Group. He was direct, informative, and knowledgeable and showed complete respect for our specific needs regarding a home that had been lived in by the same owner for the past 45 years. Between Ganesh, Renee and Adrija, we were kept informed throughout the entire selling process, and with their considerable knowledge and buyer trust, the house was sold in phenomenal record time to the perfect buyer. Simply put, this has been the most hassle-free house selling experience imaginable (on selling side, not the cleaning, clearing or moving side!) On behalf of my brother and myself, we are deeply grateful and honoured to have had TRG represent the property, with absolute thanks to Ganesh, Renee and team for making it seamless. What would make the process more interesting is if the agents could review the clients!

Thankful that the sales procedure went so smoothly.

I found Ganesh and his team very friendly and easy to work with. We were kept informed at every step of the sales procedure. A sale was achieved in a very difficult market. They have a very good knowledge of the local real estate market and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell your house. Thank you all for your effort. Regards Gavin & Janet.
